Isle of Man Home owner thinking of registering for Homestay?
To register for Homesaty, you must agree to and meet certain criteria. If you are offering Bed & Breakfast Homestay, you must be living in your home during the guest's stay. If you are offering Self Catering Homestay, you must be be absent from the property during the guest's stay. For full details please see our Homestay Host page.

Before you book a Homestay, you can contact the host to check if they are available for your specific dates. Once that is confirmed and they agree to host you, you pay a 20% deposit of the total amount and the balance directly to your host within 24 hours of arriving at the property. Once you have completed your booking, ensure that you have confirmation in writing.
